Delivery area

We deliver to mainland UK addresses. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or Scottish Highlands and Islands. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your address, please contact us before ordering.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free on orders over £150 ex VAT. Orders under £150 ex VAT are charged at £9.95 per order, regardless of the number of products or cases.

Lead times

Branded packaging — printed and dispatched in 5 to 7 working days after you approve your digital proof. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Plain packaging — dispatched in 1 to 2 working days of your order being confirmed.

These are dispatch times, not delivery times. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1 to 2 working days via a tracked service.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking reference by email or WhatsApp so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery problems

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@mybrandbox.co.uk or by WhatsApp. We will investigate and, where the delay is our responsibility, arrange a replacement or refund.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed because of an incorrect address provided by you.
