One case per design. Case sizes depend on the product — for example 500 bowls, 250 bags or 1,000 cups. Each product page shows its case size so you always know what you're committing to.

Yes. Every product is available plain or branded, and you can mix both in one order. Plain orders ship in 1 to 2 working days; branded orders in 5 to 7 working days after proof approval.

Card at checkout. Regular customers can apply for a 30-day account after their first order.

Yes. In east London and Essex, your local rep brings samples of up to three products printed with your logo, with no cost and no obligation. There's nothing to pay at the visit or afterwards unless you place an order.

Your rep brings samples of the products you chose, printed with your logo. They'll show you sizes, help you match what you already use, and give you prices. The whole thing takes about 15 minutes. There's no obligation to order.

Yes. Your logo is printed straight onto the packaging surface. We don't use stickers, labels or sleeves. Direct printing gives a cleaner, more professional finish that won't peel or shift.

No. Upload your existing logo as a PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF. Or send a photo of your sign or menu and we'll prepare a print-ready version for free. We'll always show you a digital proof before printing.

PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF. Vector files (SVG, PDF, AI, EPS) give the sharpest print. We'll let you know if a file needs improving before we proceed.

Yes, always. We send a digital proof of every design and only print once you have approved it. There's no charge for the proof or for making adjustments.

Branded orders are printed and dispatched in 5 to 7 working days after you approve your proof. Plain orders are dispatched in 1 to 2 working days. Both are delivered to mainland UK.

Yes, to mainland UK. Delivery is free on orders over £150 ex VAT; otherwise £9.95 per order.

Usually a couple of pence per item. For example, our 500ml rectangular bowl is about 8p plain and about 10p branded per unit (case price divided by case quantity). Each product page shows the full case price and per-item cost.

Yes. Approved designs are saved in your account. Reorder online in two taps or send us a WhatsApp message with your name and the product — we'll confirm and dispatch on the same timeline.

Our packaging is made from food-grade materials by our own factory. Ask us for the specification of any product.
