Terms of Sale

Last updated: October 2026

Who we are

[Company name] Ltd, registered in England and Wales ([number]), [company address] ("we", "us", "MyBrandBox"). These terms govern all sales from our website mybrandbox.co.uk.

These terms are business-to-business

Our products are sold to businesses, not to consumers. By placing an order you confirm that you are buying for business purposes. If you are a consumer, different rights and obligations may apply — please contact us before ordering.

Prices

All prices are shown in pounds sterling, excluding VAT at the current UK rate (currently 20%), unless otherwise stated. VAT is added at checkout. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

We may change prices without notice. The price shown when you add a product to your basket is the price you pay, as confirmed at checkout.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order only when we confirm it by email or WhatsApp message. We may decline orders at our discretion, in which case we will notify you and provide a full refund if payment has been taken.

Artwork, proofs and approval

For branded orders, we will send you a digital proof showing how your design will look on the packaging. You must approve the proof in writing (by email or WhatsApp) before we proceed to print.

By approving a proof, you confirm that:

  • The design is correct, including spelling, layout and colours.
  • You own or have the right to use all logos, images and text in the design.
  • The design does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights.

We are not responsible for errors in approved proofs. We are not responsible for any claims arising from your use of third-party logos or images.

Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of order unless you have an approved 30-day account. We accept major debit and credit cards. We do not store card details.

30-day account customers may apply after completing their first order. We reserve the right to withdraw account facilities at any time.

Delivery

See our Delivery policy for charges, lead times and areas. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns and defective goods

See our Returns policy. Title to the goods passes to you on payment in full.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Intellectual property

We retain ownership of any design work or artwork we create for you unless agreed otherwise in writing. You may use proofs and designs we create solely for the purpose of the order they were created for.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
